There are three movement modes in DC Universe online - Super speed, Acrobatics and Flight.
Super speed: This is inspired from heroes and villains like Flash. With their tremendous speed they can travel through the DCUO world really fast. They can even run up the buildings across walls or even on the ceilings.
Acrobatics: Inspired more of from heroes like Batman. They use their skills to climb up the buildings and roof tops. This is not more of a super power, but natural human acrobat skills that help you to get to places you would usually only dream of. If you are a fan of Batman, you should consider going for this one!
Flight: I guess so many super heroes and villains have this power so it doesn't need any introduction. With flight ability you could fly all over the city. You can also get into action and attack while flying.
